This course is all about helping coaches and volunteers to use the Boing principles and free resources to get the kids they work with more active and physically literate. It supports people to develop their coaching practice and empower them to incorporate Boing and the power of play into the great work they already do in their community groups and sports clubs. The Boing half day coaching course is CIMPSA endorsed and you receive four CPD points for completing the course. |
LearnFirst off, we discuss the most important elements of an exciting and engaging active session - the Boing way!
ExploreThen we get moving and explore some of the Boing play games. We think the best way to experience Boing is to do it.
|
ReflectWe then reflect on doing Boing and the way its delivered. We also learn about physical literacy and why its so important.
CollaborateCollaboration is a key part of Boing. Here the attendees work together to explore the PlayTank and decide how they could deliver the play games using the Boing principles.
|
DeliverThe only way to learn is to do. So, we get the attendees delivering Boing to each other using the PlayGames and Boing principles.
SharingFinally, we share easy ways attendees can take this course and deliver it to others, so more and more people can be part of the Boing movement!
